According to the local people i asked, many of them suggested me to go to Langkawi as they say it is very beautiful since it has lots of islands. Because of exploring malaysia as much as i could is one of to do lists , supported by cheap promo flight ticket, me and two of my friends touched down in Langkawi! 

During the time when the plane was going to land, i stared at the seat window. Blue and green were two colors that dominated the view. 

It was such a sunny day and the weather was hot! We took grab from airport to our hostel which was Landcons Hotel Langkawi. We booked a room for three (price is stated in my expense notes at the bottom of this post). The hotel was strategically located near shop places. The room was larger than we expected, we got private bathroom too, we could use lift to go higher levels, the hotel had balcon and prayer room, there was no free breakfast but you no need to worry cause in front of the hotel there were indian halal food and McDonald.

After we got ready, we decided to go to Langkawi Cable Car first. We had to go there by online car since there was no public transportation L we spent quite much for transportation because the distance from one place to another was quite far but luckily there were 3 of us so it got cheaper, a bit. It was about 3 pm we arrived at the cable car park, so we decided to buy the ticket that offered not too many packages, we chose the one with price RM 55 including cable car, sky bridge, 3D art, and 2 more packages.

The cable car is just like.... cable car in other places. But i like the view, sea and forest if i may say? Its really beautiful! But im afraid of heights... so hehehhehe. You can take many pictures in stop place and then go to sky bridge. I was kinda shocked that we had to walk quite far , not just walked, but went through so many stairs ups and downs! Actually, if you dont want to get tired you can pay RM15 for using train to go to sky bridge. I personally really love the view of sky bridge! Its like I am in the movie of Narnia? I was arounded with an amazing view of sea and i could see some hills, the sun shine was also bright, perfect view! :’) but still..... some people who are afraid of height probably would feel afraid just like me heheheh. And then, we enjoyed 3 more packages which were skydome (its only a show and you watch roller coaster on screen?pfff), skyrex (its like you got attacked by tyrex, briefly its 3D effects and it was fun!), and the last is 3D art (i like it! So many creative spots to take pictures). We finished the trip in langkawi cable car just at 8 pm but i didnt understand why so quite and i did not see many people ? Even its a tourist attraction. We were starving so we booked online transportation again and then looked for any seafood restaurants at streets. The food was deliciousssss!

Day 2. We went to island, its a must to do in langkawi! We went directly to the boat stop and the price was RM 45, while actually if you guys buy in travel agent it could be cheaper. We visited dayang bunting island, beras basah island, and eagle feeding. We got on a boat with 7 persons on it, i enjoyed the wind, scenery, during on the way to the islands haha. The water was clean, blue and green were all i see, although the sky was a bit cloudy, it did not affect how happy i was. We got limited time in each island, like maybe 40-60 minutes. I rode a little duck boat in dayang bunting island, you can see on the picture. Next island was beras basah island, actually its a beach... its pretty good cause the sand is white. BUT i did not understand why monkeys were everywhere whether in dayang bunting or beras basah :’( they were so.... threatening? They took my drink, and even people’s stuffs.... but its ok then.

Actually, we only stayed in langkawi for 2 days. So after visiting some islands, we prepared to go back. We did not forget to buy chocolates in Haji Ismail Group (HIG)! Cause everyone been talking that buying chocolates in langkawi is super duper cheap, so yea we bought many chocolates hehehe.

Anddddddddddd we’re going back... until next time, Langkawi!

MY thoughts of Langkawi

Langkawi offers us a beautiful beach view. Its not a big city, and obviously not a crowded one. I really think that it is so quiet.... i like the view during on the way to everywhere because so many green sights! I also find out that during my time in langkawi cable car park or sky bridge, the photos that i captured are not as beautiful as the real ones, so its better to enjoy the view with your own eyes than to take pictures too much. Langkawi has such a great potential to be more popular, so i hope there will be more lots of tourist attraction. Ah anyway, i suggest you to bring sandals cause you’re going to go to beach, and if you wanna buy there, the price is RM 15.
